Welcome to Karyonix HRMS. By accessing or using our Human Resource Management System ("HRMS"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of Service

The HRMS platform is provided for managing employee data, attendance, payroll, and related HR operations. You agree to use the system only for lawful business purposes.

2. User Access

• Access is limited to authorized users within your organization
• You are responsible for maintaining login credentials
• Any misuse must be reported immediately

3. Subscription & Billing

• Services are provided on a subscription basis
• All payments must be made in advance
• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination
• Fees are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise

4. Data Ownership

All employee and company data entered into the system remains the property of the client. We do not claim ownership of your data.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures. However, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and internal data handling practices.

6. System Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

7. Restrictions

• No reverse engineering or copying of the platform
• No unauthorized resale or redistribution
• No use for illegal or fraudulent activities

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if terms are violated or payments are overdue. Upon termination, access will be revoked and data may be removed after a reasonable period.

9. Limitation of Liability

Karyonix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
